A ergologia é abordada como uma atitude que visa conhecer as situações de trabalho e intervir sobre estas para transformá-las. Discute-se o trabalho humano, enfatizando a impossibilidade de unificar o conceito de atividade. Este é abordado de maneira inovadora, levando o leitor a uma reflexão sobre a própria atividade do trabalho. Leitura relevante para pesquisadores e estudantes da área da organização do trabalho.
