Abstract
A obra ressalta a importância da organização ambidestra, ou seja, aquela que consegue competir nos mercados atuais e aproveita as oportunidades futuras. O alinhamento entre estratégia, estrutura, sistemas, pessoas e cultura garante o sucesso presente e não necessariamente o futuro. Para resolver este paradoxo, os autores apresentam um modelo de congruência que é útil para entender a causa de problemas organizacionais e preparar a organização através da constante mudança e inovação
