Abstract
Obra com termos comuns no âmbito das ciências sociais e da administração. O livro trata de forma didática e crÃtica do ponto de vista da administração e da antropologia, os conceitos Cultura Organizacional, Cultura Corporativa e Cultura Empresarial. Analisa a utilização dos conceitos, seu histórico e caracteriza cada fase de sua utilização. Finalmente, classifica-os conforme nÃvel de abstração teórica e reflete sobre a valorização da dimensão humana na sociedade contemporânea, que coloca a questão do poder simbólico no centro das reflexões.
