Estudo do desempenho pessoal e organizacional: bases para o desenvolvimento de equipe de consultores
Main Article Content
Abstract
The main objective of this research is to produce consistent data to make interventions in a consultant group. The interventions have the aim to transform a group into a team. The tools and procedures had been framed in a learning organization basis. A learning organization improves its knowledge and understanding of itself and its environment over time by facilitating and making use of the learning of its individual members. The researcher used different tools and procedures by which he can gather data: interviews, observations, projective techniques, relations matrix, conceptual maps, and confrontations. Basically, the results confirm the initial presumption. Interpersonal conflicts pervade the group processes in many aspects. Other factors involved in the processes are indefinition of objectives, hesitating policies and lack of leadership criteria. Conclusions disclose method effectiveness in originating consistent data, thus projecting a new light and basis for further inquiries.
